You may submit your applications regarding the rights listed above by filling out the Company Data Subject Application Form and submitting it to us. Your request will be concluded and responded to within 30 days. Requests are generally handled free of charge; however, if fulfilling the request requires costs, the Company may charge a fee pursuant to Article 7 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller,” which states: “If the response to the data subject’s application is provided in writing, no fee shall be charged for up to 10 pages. A processing fee of 1 TL may be charged for each page exceeding 10 pages. If the response is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee that may be requested by the data controller shall not exceed the cost of the recording medium.”
